Psychology graduate from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, he brings nearly two decades of experience in headhunting across the Pharma, Biotech, and TechMed sectors. After a long tenure as a specialized consultant, he has held leadership roles in multinational environments. He is co-founder of Solutia, where he serves on both the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. He also combines his professional activity with teaching at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and is co-founder of the podcast BioEmprendedores.
