Luciano is a senior executive in the healthcare sector, recently retired after successfully leading Ferrer’s strategic entry into the U.S. market in 2026. He currently serves as an investor and Secretary of the Board at Inmedical Therapeutics, an innovative endoscopy technology firm, following a tenure as Chairman of the Board for Nim Genetics and driving the international expansion of Noventure.
Previously, Luciano spearheaded the global transformation of Almirall, scaling the company from a local Spanish firm to an international powerhouse operating in 80 countries, with revenues growing from €150 million to over €1 billion. His leadership included managing 2,600 employees, overseeing the company’s IPO, and redefining its R&D strategy. He began his career at Roche, where he established the Diagnostic and Hospital Products divisions in Spain, after holding key positions at Pharmacia Upjohn and Farmitalia.
