Previously, Luciano spearheaded the global transformation of Almirall, scaling the company from a local Spanish firm to an international powerhouse operating in 80 countries, with revenues growing from €150 million to over €1 billion. His leadership included managing 2,600 employees, overseeing the company’s IPO, and redefining its R&D strategy.
