Juan holds a BBA in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami (1992). After spending two years at Arthur Andersen as an assistant auditor, Juan initiated his career in the family-owned business, Palex Medical SA, working in different departments, such as Accounting, Product Manager in the Digestive Endoscopy Division, Head of the Technical Service department, Head of the Customer Support Unit and ending up as Chairman of the Board and President. Juan’s family decides to sell the company in two steps (2016 and 2020) and since then, his dedication in mainly focused in financial and real estate investments.
