Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona, with a Master’s in Health Economics and Healthcare Management jointly offered by the University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra University, he has developed a career spanning clinical practice, healthcare management, and the international growth of healthcare companies. Between 2009 and 2021, he held senior leadership roles at Pronokal Group, serving as Country Manager for Spain, CEO during its international expansion across more than 20 countries, and later as Chief Executive Officer following the entry of a private equity fund. He is currently the founder of Progen Weight Management and a partner in ventures in healthcare communication and applied neuroscience, following an earlier role at Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare, where he led the Barcelona office.
