Emilia is General Manager for Iberia and France at Hologic, a leading women’s health and diagnostics company, where she oversees operations across Spain, Portugal, Andorra, and France. She is one of the youngest General Managers among publicly listed MedTech companies in Spain, a company now in the process of being acquired by TPG and Blackstone. Previously, Emilia held commercial and executive positions at Ethicon – Johnson & Johnson Medical, where she led value-based healthcare initiatives and helped consolidate Ethicon’s leadership in the bariatric market in Spain. Earlier in her career, she worked at Canary Medical Inc. in Irvine, California, a medical device start-up focused on subdermal biosensors, where she served as engineer and medical liaison between Fjord Ventures and the company. Emilia is a member of the Board of FENIN (Federación Española de Empresas de Tecnología Sanitaria) and serves as an Ambassador for IESE Business School.
