Josep Lluís holds a PhD in Chemistry from Institut Químic de Sarrià and an MBA from Universitat de Barcelona.
With 20 years of experience in the biomedical sector, he specializes in healthcare strategy, fundraising, and business development. He has worked across pharma, biotechs, tech transfer, and consulting, founding four companies and mentoring entrepreneurs. In the last five years, he has helped raise 67 million euros and is actively involved in Caixa Impulse and EIT Health as a mentor and professor.
Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of GENESIS Biomed.
